1 Blender

Olive Oil

1 Raw Garlic clove

Salt

Garbonzo Beans (chickpeas)

Tahini (sesame paste)
Soak the beans for a day
Or get them in a can

Pour some Olive Oil in the blender

Add Salt

Add Garlic

Blend

Add some beans

Blend

Add more beans

Blend

Do this a few times.  (If you do too
much at once it won't blend)

Add Olive oil as needed to stay
lubricated

Taste and use your own discretion for
what else is needed.

Is great for dips with bread, chips,
vegetables and on sandwiches.
Ingredients:
