Rick's Favorite:

Black Beans Dish
This is one of the most nutritious foods
you can eat.  It is filled with protein,
carbs and fat for a balanced meal.  
Add seeds and serve with rice and it
makes a complete protein
*Soak package of Black Beans (Usually takes a day to soak)

*Place in pot, cover and use low heat (takes a couple hours)
(This is still soaking process)

*For Flavor add onions while boiling

*Boil over until completely soaked

Combine with:

Brown Rice

*Boil water

*Add half as much Rice as there is water

*Cover and lower heat

*Takes about 30-45 minutes

On the side:

Grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Onions
Sliced Avocado


                    Mix it all together



    Sometimes I use:
    Hommus
    Salsa
    Hot Peppers
    Soy Sauce
    Sesame salt
